REGISTERING FOR COLLEGE BOARD AND JOINING AP CLASSROOM
The following information on registering for College Board and joining AP Classroom will be provided to students through their AP classes.

Students only need to register for one College Board account during high school.  It is encouraged that students use an email address other than their CUSD email as the CUSD email accounts will become inactive upon graduation.  We also encourage students make a note of the email and password used to create a College Board account.

Once a College Board account has been created, students need to register for individual AP Classrooms for each AP course the student is taking.  Course join codes will be provided by teachers.

COLLEGE CREDIT
The AP program is designed to help students prepare for college by providing academic instruction that meets the level of rigor of many introductory college courses. While this is the intent of the program, many colleges have their own guidelines as for which tests and courses provide credit at their institution. Please visit the link below for a listing of classes that are accepted by specific colleges.

Please be aware that while College Board does its best to make sure that the list is up to date, however, it would be in your best interest to contact the school you are interested in to verify this information.
